¿Faltar? Nada, hasta el último langostino. Las Fiestas de Pinos Genil de 2022 han sido históricas. Después de tres años tristes como para no recordarlos, se ha soltado toda la alegría en éstas del 2022. Detrás de todo–las comilonas, las actuaciones, el pregón tan clásico y precioso, los entretenamientos y talleres para lo niños, la alegría del agua, los fuegos artificiales, los churros con chocolate, las sardinas, el arroz, la cerveza y los aperitivos, la música y bailes, y todo el buen hacer–estaba el equipo del ayuntamiento de Pinos Genil, funcionando tan discreta y eficazamente, que ni se les notaba. Nuestra enhorabuena y gracias a todos vosotros, que sabéis quienes sois.

Michael Booth, the creator of TrumpAndAllTheRest.com, is a US-born publicist, author and online publisher who has lived in a Spanish village in the foothills of Sierra Nevada for the past five decades. Though better known abroad for his fine-art printmaking sites and online magazine, Booth's day job for the past decade and a half, until recently, was his communications agency, dedicated principally to designing and implementing Internet strategies for Spanish companies and institutions. It took him a long time to get out of publicity and into writing but it was worth the wait.
